Twenty years of aesthetic medicine, grounded in a lifetime of caring for people.
Valentina Capozzoli-Hadland, MSN, AGPCNP-C, AAMEP brings primary care perspective, clinical leadership, and national teaching experience to every patient and practitioner she serves.
Where it began
Medicine, mentorship, and a calling discovered in Manhattan.
Valentina Capozzoli-Hadland is an advanced practice nurse practitioner, nationally recognized educator, and founder of Face Body Plus, Inc. With more than two decades in aesthetic medicine, she has trained physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and registered nurses in neurotoxins, HA and biostimulatory fillers, PRP, PRF, and PDO threads. Her experience includes serving as an Allergan Aesthetics key opinion leader trainer and assisting Dr. Mauricio de Maio during the Voluma rollout.
Valentina is also known for taking on complex corrective cases, helping patients recover from over-injection or products placed inappropriately. That work reinforces the principle at the center of Face Body Plus: expertise matters most when it protects the patient.

The story behind the practice
The whole patient has always been the through-line.
Valentina began her medical career in pediatric orthopedics at Hospital for Special Surgery, then moved into nursing leadership as a director and vice president for a home care company. Those roles shaped the clinical discipline and business fluency she still brings to every part of her work.
Her path into aesthetic medicine began in the 1980s after an introduction to the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Columbia Hospital in Manhattan. Assisting with his patients revealed a field where medicine, artistry, and personal connection could meet—and his encouragement helped turn that discovery into a lifelong calling.
As an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner, Valentina never separates the face from the person. Her consultations consider health, lifestyle, medications, and how each patient hopes to age, creating plans designed for results that feel natural and remain sustainable over time.
Today, her work spans clinical care, national education, complex corrective cases, and new collaborations that bring aesthetics together with regenerative medicine, longevity, and hormone optimization.
